Our Development and Deployment Process

The Cultura community of advocates, vendors, partners, and clients are an integral part of our development process, providing insights and interacting with us to develop the most market viable ventures.

Below is a synopsis of how we approach deployment:

1. Concept
1a. Domain – A good domain name for your web presence is imperative. We believe in choosing domain names that describe the product, service, or environment, as well as being easy to remember when said aloud, thereby helping your ability to spread your brand by word of mouth.

1b. Description – Every venture concept must be able to describe itself by answering three crucial questions:

- Who is this product, service, or environment for?
- How will we make money with this venture?
- What are your users’ alternatives to your venture?

1c. Venture Viable – Once the domain has been chosen and a proper description prepared, we post the venture on our site, Venture Viable, where our community votes and comments on them in order to help us decide which ventures to deploy, in what order.

2. Our Development and Deployment Process
2a. Logo – We design the logo as soon as we decide to begin the deployment. This is necessary as we will use the sites logo on a splash page at the chosen domain, as well as in press releases.

2b. Splash Page – A standard splash page is deployed on the domain. It contains information about the upcoming site, a place to enter your email address so you can be notified at launch. It also has an access point for the deployment team, and a countdown clock till launch date.

2c. Blog Releases – We prepare a “bio-sheet” on the venture currently in deployment, and release it to our community via our blog. We also distribute it to choice bloggers and content creators who specialize in writing about entrepreneurship.

2d. Web Ready Ventures – Because our of our rapid deployment team, it typically takes us no more than 120 days to get the company operating in a live market. Therefore, we start our campaign to find a “Ground General” right away. We use our site, Web Ready Ventures to recruit a member of our community to partner with us. The Ground General gets a considerable stake in the venture in return for working on the grass roots level of the company, all while utilizing the support of the Cultura team and products.

3. Development
3a. Story Boarding – We literally draw out all of the sites pages on a huge white board to review all the interaction points that the sites users will see on the site.

3b. Wire Frames – The next step is a black and white version of the full site. A blue print that we review to make sure all of the pages serves the purpose for which they were conceived. till launch date.

3c. Design Concepts – Once the wireframes are complete, we source our vendor network of designers for multiple design concepts. We ask our community to vote on the designs to help us select the best one.

3d. Banner Ads – We prepare banner ads in four standard sizes for use in our community affiliate program. 3e. Programming – We supply our programming team with the page designs as well as formal written requirements needed to complete the project. We also prepare the site map and search engine submissions at this time.

3f. Site Content – While the programming is be conducted, we prepare all of the sites content for insertion into the final site.

3g. Legal & QA – We prepare the sites terms and conditions, as well as run quality assurance tests on the site.

4. Launch
4a. Live Launch Release – A cover story style press release announcing the live launch of the venture.

4b. Like User Sites – As part of our initial concept research, we compile a large list of sites within the ventures market vertical. The purpose is to best understand our prospects by monitoring their interactions on the other sites they visit regularly. During this phase, we use this same list to post directly to the communities of those sites, and inform them of our venture.

4c. Social Bookmarking Campaign – We create custom content with our users’ interests in mind. We than distribute that same engaging content to all of the relevant social bookmarking sites in order to drive pertinent users to the ventures web site.

4d. Affiliate Campaign – Each Cultura venture takes part in our main affiliate program, where affiliates receive a unique url just for them. We also make banners and landing pages available for the affiliates to use. The affiliates are compensated for every referral they provide using their unique url.

4e. Impression Marketing – We utilize contextual advertising networks like Google Ad Words to drive relevant traffic based on key words selected by our marketing staff. In certain cases, we will utilize banner ad space on relevant niche sites. When possible and relevant, we also employ video creation and distribution.

5. Development
5a. User Feedback – Each of our ventures uses a simple web based application to collect feedback from its users. We consider all feedback received and make quality assurance updates to a point where the ventures ability to interact with the market has been perfected.

5b. Test Market – The ventures initial user/client base is monitored as a test market, and the people involved are compensated for their time and constructive criticism of the venture in the form of discounted market price and Cultura reward points.

5c. Funding – We turn back to our community once again to gather the necessary team members and funding needed to scale the venture into the open market through advertising and/or acquisition. The funding process is transparent to both the investor(s) and the ventures team. Invested funds are not used for past debt, or the payment of salaries. Its only purpose is to gain the needed exposure to scale the venture. This is done through advertising which is measured at a per impression cost.

We develop, deploy, and operate our ventures with unparallel transparency. Team members have real time access to site designs, content, and communication. Real time, secure chat is used to communicate asynchronously, while archiving all activity for easy review.
